摘要: In this talk, I will present several ongoing multi-disciplinary research projects in computational intelligence and computation biology. I will first talk about my work in evolutionary agent-based modelling of the evolution of animal collective behaviour. Then I will give a brief introduction to evolutionary network community detection and its application to glioma cancer. Finally I will introduce my collaboration with the Royal Centre for Defence Medicine on the application of machine learning technique to military trauma care.
